Of providers that I used and use, OVH, WebHorizon and Kuroit all provide VPS in that location rather cheap.

For singapore, my opinion is wait for few more days, many providers are coming up with exceptionally good Black Friday deals. And not many providers except those mainstream gaints offer Indian servers!
