Question and experience webhorizon

What do you think, is that okay?

Since 6 month I have been renting a VPS AMD Ryzen 9 - 7950x with 6 cores.

I've been traveling for work for 2 weeks now and what do I see today?

My server is down, my Ryzen cores are gone and now I have Epic 7B13 Milan.
No response from support - actually really not ok.

    How long did you wait?

  • No, it's a very strange practice.
But if the performance is relatively similar, I think it's okay.

On the other hand, it probably means that there was a downtime during the migration.
And that, without even being informed, is not very reassuring.

  • Scroll down your mailbox. Maybe they already tell you.

    nvm...

  • yes ,strange practice - 72h no response from support.
Get no info or mail , i only see it in my webinterface.

  • Hi francis007

I also have a vps (NL) by Webhorizon and 2 weeks ago i get a mail ( migration ) - 1-2 h downtime. All is working fine , but befor migration i have ryzen 7950x and now epic.
In my opinion, the Ryzen worked better because the processor utilization is now higher. Actually, if I order Ryzen I should also receive Ryzen.
