Unsure what you're asking. Are you wanting to rent a VPS, or get advice on how to setup a node to host your own on a dedi?
Yes, we need a little more detail.
Because if you want more isolation between your sites you could simply use docker containers.
Or LXC, which is pretty easy to set up.
Then if you really need the best isolation then promox is probably the way to go. Even if it's a bit more ressources hungry
