@Tang_Lichun
Well, there's @HostEONS, @v3ng, @mxmla and @EthernetServers, just to name a few.
Don’t know enough about the rest of them, but V6node starts at more compared to even DigitalOcean, with an included IPv4 (monthly)
Obviously you get more resources, but still, not cheap
I am looking at ip6 only to setup Wireguard for my legal backups

IPv6-only dealz are available at Limitless Hosting.
$3/year for 512MB smol RAM, 5GB smol diks, /112 smol address space, 250GB smol monthly transfer.
Lovely idea but in practice the internet doesn't work with ipv6 only. I only have ipv4 at home so you wouldn't be able to talk to me anymore, ever.
Think about this loss.
Actually I removed ipv6 from all my kernels. Couldn't piss @yoursunny off any further.
truly too great a loss to bear.
You have been evicted from the world.
I can only find a smol limitfull deal for only 24$/yr
Actually I can reach every destination I can think of... except ipv6-only hosts. I don't think I'm missing anything important at this point in time in 2023. Maybe the next century I should reevaluate.
Edit: ok as a third-worlder myself I had to run some google-fu to see that this was meant to be a joke.
Ask your ISP to upgrade their networking equipment to equipment that was released in the 21st century. Good ISPs will give you at least a /56 range that you can then split up however you want (e.g. I have a few VLANs that each use a /60 range within the /56, then each system uses SLAAC or DHCPv6 to get an IP in that range).
@Daniel15 That's cool.
My ISP is the ex-state monopoly for postal services, now also in banking, telephony, pensions, etc. You understand it's not worth bothering trying anything on them, except bombing their offices as sometimes happens.
If the turtle isn't dancing, you are missing out.
Doesn't seem like IPv6-only host:
Embed isn't working well.
Click on the mosaic image and you'll see the effect.
IPv6 client => dancing turtle.
IPv4 client => sad turtle.
IPv9 client => evolved turtle.
The turtle is as sad as I am:
ti sei fatto Poste?
Loro mi hanno fatto.
Va dimmerda ma è zona di campagna e l'alternativa è 2500 metri al DSLAM ADSL.
Hai la FWA?
What does the evolved turtle look like??? 😐
If you have to say it 🤔
You'd be surprised. Fios gave me a run for over 7 years promising ipv6 availability... soon (tm)...
Best scenario when you have practically just one service provider serving your neighborhood.
But this time I have heard my neighboring towns have started seeing ipv6.. so 🙃
I think @yoursunny purchased them all.
Wait for bf.
It's a wonderfull example of what you can do with interactiveness on the internet. Just watched it again, and will do so at least once a week. It really enhances my quality of life by putting away my troubles for a few moments and transporting me to a happy place. It's difficult to describe what you see because it's just a very abstract and personal experience.
People without IPv6 won't know what they're missing out on, but once you've seen it, the internet will never be the same again.
