I currently have this IDLE VDS purchased at the launch of Server Factory (March 2022), this plan/price is no longer available:

Expiry date: 07/14/2024 (8 months and two weeks)
Asking price for 8 months, approximately $35 or 33€ + fees.
I asked Server Factory, there are some rules for receiving the transfer:
We do allow transfers without a transfer fee to other existing Clients with at least one invoice paid by the Client themselves and with one active service.
Transfers to new Clients are not possible due to abuse in the past, I am sorry.

I'm not a customer of server-factory.
But it would help finding someone interested.
When you need a VDS, generally you are even more interested by performance.
@remy yes, they allow you to use 100% 24x7. You can find YABS in the thread of this offer, too late for me to make one.
