Dedicated Server Providers in Netherlands

Hello,

I am once again looking for a solid dedicated server provider in Netherlands. Can you please recommend me the providers if you have a good experience with them.

I am already using Worldstream. (extremely happy) but for this new setup, I need a different provider. (Some apps need more redundancy so can not be in same DC).

I am looking into LeaseWeb as well. But their sales isn't that friendly and they seems to be way more expensive with SLA. I have used them in the past and the support experience wasn't that great.

What I am looking for is

CPU = AMD 24-Core EPYC 7402 (Or better)
RAM = 128GB (or more)
Disk = ( mix of SSD and HDD, if NVME can be setup in RAID, that be great)
Network = 10G (I would really prefer that) ... Can limit BW usage to 100TB or may be even 50TB (Don't really need unlimited)

Any other solid provider that you have used ??? Great uptime, quick resolution of network/HW issues ??

Would a 2x E5-2650Lv3 work in the Netherlands? Got other CPUs too such as 2x E5-2698Lv4 if you have a higher budget. As an example:
