I think he’s referring to the presence of a contract (which some users don’t seem to understand here) lol

Every few months, we get a “I was forced to pay X” (or some variant of that) post relating to a contract from a German company. Not to say that contracts are inherently bad, but a nonzero % of the user base here expects prepaid as the default.

We also offer the Servers without a contract. You can also choose prepaid if you want

  • What's the difference between 'Standard' and 'Premium' Anti DDoS Support on the order page?

If you have larger projects, such as a game server releases or streaming events, we will monitor and follow the event live after discussion with the customer. so we can proactively take action and you do not have to create a ticket in case of problems.
Also we offer in this context a customization of the ddos filters as described in our docs.

This will be discussed individually with the customer.

We also have a faq entry for that on the mainpage
