@SmartHost - I have checked out your site, and the Reseller pool deal looks great. Can you choose the location of the VPS pool - is it possible to have one in an EU location? I did not see an indication for vCPU cores, how many cores are provided with the pool, and can you increase this? Many thanks.
You do not need to choose location of the pool itself.
You can choose location of each individual VPS when you set them up.
Each VPS can be from a different location all within the same pool of resources.
We will continue to add more locations as time goes by.
There may be one additional pool types added in future, to cover more expensive location we expand to, such as Asia, but unsure yet, we might be able to integrate those upcoming more expensive sites into the existing pools.
Default is one vCPU per VPS, as we can only set it system-wide for automation. We have a request into to developers to make it a selectable resource like the others though. We can manually change individual VPS on the backend though to use more as needed, but we don't really have a way to bill for it yet. We are working on a solution for this still, but it is in the works, and at the top of our list really.

this feature is nice. I've seen hosts offering 1 vps pool = 1 location only. So it was lacking diversity plus reseller would have to purchase another pool at another location just for single client.

Yea, great for reseller VPS, but also cool for an individual user just to be able to spin up/down in different locations whenever they want, without needing cancel a VPS service and ordering a new one. You can also upgrade/downgrade resources on a VPS and move those resources to/from another VPS at any time.
