I would also like to know, the same thing happened with several client sites.
There was a new update this month that effected many sites. I have a website with 160K indexed pages but less than 100k visits this month. This is an original content website not spam content and averaging at the 7th position on serp so probably Google is lowering the ranking with the new AI stuff in the search results.
I think old websites are getting top search results
