I used to Ajenti + Ajenti-v years ago and was quite happy with its capabilities, but I'm sure there are better free and open-source alternatives around.
Hestia is awesome but it does not support ipv6 so it's unusable. It is 2023 damn it, come on Hestia!
Cloudpanel is awesome if you are just looking at simple webhosting. Fast and extremely easy. Only does web, no mail.
Cyberpanel has everything but is a bit heavy and has had a few bugs.
myvesta
looks very interesting, thanks for mentioning it!!!
has anybody tried geek panel?
if your looking for a Free Panel Cyberpanel would be our go to choice
Paid - Direct Admin
myvestacp +
hestia +
nothing else need - both works very well -
of course, IP6 not supported, but there is no hurry
When CentOS was discontinued, I went looking for a replacement for CWP, which had been my go-to for many years.
I first tried Webmin/Virtualmin, but was very dissatisfied with the convoluted setup and configuration.
After finding HestiaCP everything fell in place, and I've been using this for the last 5 years, with no issues what so ever.
Really seems like a stable solution, and it "just works", which is what I was after.
Go with fastpanel or aapanel.
myvestacp seems to be good for free. you can even get paid support in case of emergency from the developers.
What should I use between CloudPanel and HestiaCP?
Cyberpanel is perfect for webserver, works out of the box.
Sometimes. Others as per the forums for Cyberpanel have the same issues now that it has always had.
the internet was a mistake
anyone using webmin ?
I love Cyberpanel..and a big update ia coming
+1 Virtualmin
what update? can't find any info on their forum
github.com -> directadmin nulled :-P
I am using CloudPanel and I'm really happy about it.
All I have seen is a new design coming and simple things like updated to latest mariadb which is a simple repo update.
All other fixes are now v2 paid for modules as they could never fix the reoccurring bugs.
+1 for CloudPanel, Enhance is pretty solid too has a little learning curve to it but using it in production for last 6 months and things pretty stable.
Just waiting for MariaDB support.
