My ZAP Hosting IPs also seem to be from aurologic.
It's hard for me to understand how people plan launch of product for months and again come at 100% more expensive than Hetzner. I mean, what is logic there.. ? Do they really think random Joe with "German hosting needs" will choose them over Hetzner ?
It is likely to cost more to renew a .io than to renew a .com for their state-of-the-art vision of the future
Hetzner has its own limitations. One of them: they are huge. And if you put all eggs in one basket - they will increase price and hard-pwn you in anus.
The more diverse offers - more better for end-users / us.

@amarc I think Hetzner increased their pricing on cloud multiple times (might honestly be wrong, vague memories). Maybe only once, or maybe even never

Yeah, IP's. Which are not interesting for majority of people.
So in case of above vs Hetzner it's (just one example):
IX2.LARGE: 22.15 EUR vs CPX31 for 13.6 EUR (both without VAT) and you actually get more cores and disk for 13.6 EUR.
So again, and I am sure aurologic took a look at Hetzner too: what is idea here ?
I would get it if it was "ofshore" or some exotic, expensive location but..
