need help configure floating ip

so I got floating IP enabled on HostHatch just to see how it works.
But since then, only 1 server within the same subnet can connect to public network.

I have 3 servers in the same location, IP addresses are attached like this:
Big Server: 2xx.xxx.xxx.xx1, 2xx.xxx.xxx.xx2
Middle Server: 2xx.xxx.xxx.xx3
Small Server: 1xx.xxx.xxx.xx4
Floating IP is 2xx.xxx.xxx.xx2

My understanding is that I have to configure 2xx.xxx.xxx.xx2 on Big and Middle server. So i did that and it worked.
But what I don't understand is that while Big Server is up, the public connection for Middle server goes down, even though it's connected through non-floating IP(2xx.xxx.xxx.xx3).
Only way to fix that is by rebooting from control panel, but as soon as reboot started, network for Big Server goes down. So I reboot and another goes down and so on.
But Small server is unaffected by that but I never configured to attach the floating IP.

I asked support but they said something is wrong with my configuration.

The goal is restore network connection for both server while maintaining floating IP.
But I have no idea how to fix this. Can anyone help me with this?
