Hey looking for some decent speed VPS, budget of $9 per month (less the better appreciated)

• KVM to run windows iso
• 4x core Ryzen/Epyc (or Intel cpu if needbe )
• min 6 GB Ram
• min 50 GB storage (SSD preferably)
• 1x IPV4
• Europe is a need, for lower latency to game server
