After 20 days I can say I do not recommend getting a VPS from Cloudnium.
The VPS might function properly, I didn't really had a chance to test because I had a lot of minor issues with their panel that didn't allow me to use the VPS as I intended.
Things as simple as Reboot server will make the server not come back up or come back hours later.
What's more, I feel support has a very condescending tone and is not really helpful.
Just my 2 cents.

These are IPv6 VPS and do not have access to IPv4.
Update:
Got a refund. While I think this is gracious of them to offer one after 2/3 of the month had passed I still think disabling VNC access in the panel should disable VNC access. This is a security issue that should be addresses as the console doesn't offer the same protections as SSH (like fail2ban for example).
They must think I am too "demanding" or "nitpicky" but I disagree. In their response they mention they provide over 600+ VPS to different customers without this issues and that is probably right as well but in my case I got this VPS to test and had to reinstall/reboot multiple times unlike other more common use cases where the server doesn't get rebooted ever. Anyway, thanks for the ride.
After buying the Wisconsin server, this server stopped working and I didn't even want to talk to the support department because of the anger
))
But after a while, I asked to migrate to the Dallas server, which was met with the support of the site and all the information of my server transferred.
I have been on the Dallas server for a few days now and this server has 100% uptime. I think it is worth it at this price. I will probably renew the server. I hope the problems created will never happen again.

Hey, both your service & site have been down for some time now. care to explain what happened? how long will it take to solve the issue?
This is a VERY recent company. Their company + domain is registered back on sept 2023 which is around 4 months of age. Needs some more scrutiny but otherwise LET members proceed with caution.
A few moans on their telegram group too, don't host anything critical although it could be growing pains.
