Not for me.
They might have such requirements for some countries. There are some providers that block Chinese customers and customers using VPN.

That's the strange thing - I've signed up for other VPS providers on LEB/LET and have never had this issue. I don't use VPNs, I've lived in America for my whole life & I paid with an American Credit Card issued by an American bank.

Do I have to live outside of America to not have any issues with purchasing a VPS from GreenCloud? @NDTN , any assistance with issues regarding Americans purchasing a VPS from GreenCloud would be appreciated. Thanks to everyone here.

Also, I'm a DediPath refugee and never had any issues with purchasing or using their VPS services... until they completely shut down of course.

I live in the USA and haven't had any issues. I've got four VPSes with GreenCloud.
