Looking for VPS in Bahrain
Hi,
i am looking for VPS in Bahrain currently using AWS for this but because of bandwidth price its getting very costly.
Requirements:
1 or 2 CPU cores
1 to 2gb ram
1tb maximum bandwidth
1g port
under 10$ monthly.
Only looking in Bahrain because it has lowest ping to my location.
Thanks

lightnode.com
10$ to be exact and you get 5-10$ in promo when signing up
performance and ping wise its fine
(use translator )
https://www.kaopuyun.com/zh-cn/calculator
around 25$
but they may deploy simple servers soon in BH (currently only SA & AE), so will be 15$
I already tried them very bad VPS and network only 50M.
It is expected. Incredibly expensive region.
I recently looked for proxies, found this one ^.
But also expensive.
Why is that? I heard from here and there that UAE, Bahrain and some other countries in that region have plans for big DCs and some are even implemented.
UAE and Saudi are not a problem.
But Bahrain is very limited. Only a few providers like amazon, lightnode, and this one chinese.
15$ not an issue and they have UAE server which should work but i recently spent around 30$ for testing different providers including LightNode so if anyone used this service please provide review. Thanks so much
other findings, but unclear if they really have servers in Bahrain. If have time, contract.

you got an answer from them if their servers are located in bahrain?
Why don't you use https://aws.amazon.com/
They have DC in Bahrain
He already uses AWS and said it is expensive.
There are no big hosters in Bahrain that could sell globally. Do not even see any hosters.
I wrote in more detail in the thread about the UAE, and I will add a clarification on this issue as well. Yes, in Bahrain there are no stabile location for global players who would sell a good amount of traffic and give a good price and speed. All the same, the traffic will be limited and the speed will be very limited. You need to consider nearby regions and major players other than Amazon, Lightnode, if you have checked that they are not suitable for you, only the following remain - Huawei Cloud, Oracle, but with servers in the UAE. I just don’t understand how much traffic you have, that Amazon’s services are becoming expensive for you, since they have special connections with different data centers via special lines in the middle east region.
Of the smaller companies that may offer servers, you can try checking out such a company -

I also wrote some points in the UAE thread with the same question -

You can search and double-check the availability of such a location in other medium-sized companies, but @tsoft immediately correctly noted that this would be a big problem
I don't think anyone would want to do that, imho that is just a seo-spam company from India....
many of the companies from the list that were given by @tsoft (not only the link that I suggested, it is not affiliated and I am not a representative of this company) are also small companies, and all of them are small and either SEO companies or just service IT companies, so check on whether they work or not is possible, but most likely you are right that not one of these companies will have their own equipment or their own local colocation, so for the most part these will be useless options. I simply offered it as an option that you can try to check, but did not give any guarantees about the stability of the servers in this company. Since there are few options, you can ask different companies because the task is to find the cheapest vps provider, but in this case it is most optimal to use big players in locations in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, this will be the most stable and reliable option.
They are offering only 100gb a month and after that every 100gb 10$ which become very costly if you are using 500gb to 1tb a month. I do not mind using UAE location but i could not find any reliable provider with 1G uplink and at least 1tb traffic.
AWS is so far the best when it comes to performance for me and worst when it comes to bandwidth prices.
This month i already hit 500gb there so i stop the VPS because it eats my whole budget.
What about SA vps with wafai ? They give 500GB/Month
lol, lightnode actually uses this one ^
probably kind of corporate client or so
Trafic from Bahrain to Africa goes --> Fujairah, UAE (not even Dubai) --> NL --> UK --> Africa.
Crazy latency.
To Central Asia --> Germany --> Moscow --> CIS
This is expected +/-
To Brazil: BH --> FR --> UK --> US --> BR

Yes, kaopuyun.com and lightnode.com are the same company and same network.
They probably position lightnode as a kind of lightsail that amazon does.
