I've got 150+ of these systems in stock and ready to ship

1x- H2204XXLRE(4-node server chassis)
8x- SILVER 4110 CPU
4x- Dual Port 10G SFP+ on-board
4x- Single Port 100G card

Discounts for bulk orders.

These can be customized with different CPUs or have RAM added. they have a single drive bay per node for HDD/SSD or an M.2 PCIe card for dual NVMe M.2 can be added. OR take them with the 4110 CPUs for cheap and add your own parts!

These require shipping on a pallet. Free shipping to US locations with a loading dock, there will be a charge for international locations or locations needing a lift gate.

I don't have the rail kits in stock, the part number is AXXELVRAIL, these look to have good availability on ebay etc... I can source them and add or if you want to save money you can order them yourself if needed.

What's the model of 10G and 100G network interface cards?

  • LukeRhinoLukeRhino Member, Patron Provider

    Still available!

Bought this dealz for our lab.
The box is wrapped in fragile tape and topped with a traffic cone to discourage stacking.
Inside the box there's paper padding instead of foam.

Chassis is very much scratched but otherwise clean.
BIOS firmware is upgraded to 2023-March release.

10G is Intel X722 SFP+, recognized as Ethernet controller in Linux.

100G is Omni-Path HFI adapter, recognized as Fabric controller in Linux.
It doesn't show up in ip link command.

If anyone else bought this dealz, did you manage to get the 100G card working?

Are there maybe alternate drivers available from Intel for it?

From what I read, Omni-Path has been sold to Cornelis Networks.
They publish drivers for Enterprise Linux, but not Ubuntu.
It seems that even if I somehow obtain the drivers, it's not going to work with Ethernet switch.

It won’t work with an Ethernet switch omni-path is not Ethernet. It’s similar to infiniband.

That’s not to say you can’t use it as a network device and omni-path switches are available.

This is an interesting read although it’s aimed at proxmox: https://forum.level1techs.com/t/proxmox-with-intel-omni-path-fabric-how-to-cautionary-tale/198762

Resurrecting this one with a special offer, 4x Free 960GB 100% health SSDs installed in these systems for the same price($650 per 4-node Scalable server). Won't be able to offer this forever as I may run out of SSDs. Thanks!

@LukeRhino likely won't pick one up as I don't need it (then again, when has that ever mattered here), but curious.. can the PSU handle 8x 6148s?

  • LukeRhinoLukeRhino Member, Patron Provider

Yes, 8x 6148s would be possible.
