What you will get benefit when you ask client to get reduced price you have to order same server again?
If client already have same server why don't you just decrease price ?
Don't you think it will be easy for you and client as well and client trust you more instead of feeling that you are the company who wanna tease client?

You pay for the overlapped period and migrate, and because migration can be annoying some people will end up keeping their servers with higher pricing. Either way they earn more profit leaving two shit options for clients to choose.

This is very annoying that host offer cheap price to new customer but never change price for old custumers. Can you llok into this @MrRadic

I know this isn't the ideal policy, but price adjustments to servers are typically made through additional efficiencies and price improvements that we receive that are passed down to the customer. This can be through certain features that we have introduced our others that we have retired. This also happens through hardware changes.

To take advantage of updated pricing, you'll need to purchase a new server and cancel your existing one. There are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for understanding.

If you can cancel existing subscriptions for newer one, then there is no problem. Buy another, migrate, cancel. Honestly being pretty flexible here. Ive seen host that wont allow you to buy to cancel existing.
