I got a VPS from xeroz a couple of days ago, it performed exactly what I wanted on the first day, but then the performance went down, time to the server is unreachable, connection is very slow sometimes. I tried to contact them via ticket, WhatsApp, and their support chat but no reply, any idea how to contact them

    If the VM plan in my signature present interest to you, I can offer you 3 months free after the initial year was paid, if you choose to migrate from them.

    Go ahead and help, then. I also don't think you know how the 'people' tab works. Only people who mention the organization as their workplace on their profile show up there.

    Additionally, one person working on it doesn't necessarily mean it's just plain bad

    Hi,

    My apologies for your experience.

    As our site says and our e-mail automatic system, we work from monday to friday, 12:00-22:00 (Dutch time). At the time you contacted us we did not have available staffs for our livechat.

    Our normal reaction time for e-mails and tickets is also <48h. I would like to ask for your patience since you contacted us first on not working days and then on monday. It does also not mean that since its monday and a workday that you will get instantly a reaction. This depends on the workload and the staffs that are schedulded.

    PS: We are not autumn host since we started begin 2023, our website is https://xeroz.tech and my.xeroz.tech is our billing page. If you feel like you cannot trust us because we are not old enough or do not reply instantly, feel free to find a different hosting :)

    I'm a current customer and former reseller of Xeroz. I'm using their 2gb, 2vcore service, which is located in NL, which is performing as it should, i can't complain about it. True, their support is slow, and it has field to improve. Visiting their site (xeroz.tech) and scrolling down shows when support is available. As my personal experience, and according to the owner the response time is around 24-48 hours. Just don't message them at multiple places and you should be good.

    As for @LTniger , I, and many other "start-up" host uses Paymenter. The dev of Paymenter is helpful and constantly upgrading the billing panel. Giving that Paymenter is only about a year old, it has most feature other paid billing panel has. Red flagging stuff that is in its early stages is a complete BS on my opinion. Honestly, you should give that a try before saying anything about it. It might be developed by one guy but its hella good compared to other free alternatives, and as i said, its still actively developed. Also, i don't see any reason why Xeroz would be a summer our autumn host. This could be said of every new / start-up host, or to any other host.

    As for @haleeth , referring to the first section, don't contact them at multiple places at once, you wont get a faster reply. Emailing them during their work hours will get you an answer withing 24-48 hours.

    ( To those who would ask about "former reseller of Xeroz":
    Main reason about why i stopped reselling them is because their down times, which as i
    see is mostly resolved by the time im writing this, and also my complete hatred towards
    virtualizor. )

    What's your partnership status with kaspersky and hostkey? Since these links are inactive at website footer.

    ToS seems to be copied from other site https://xeroz.tech/ToS-Xeroz.pdf it mentions mystery "market". What is this? Where could I find legal information about company?

  • ive send them an email to ask some questions about their vps. It took almost one week for them to reply so i wasnt reading the email reply anymore

    Thanks, but I don't take annual plans due to the above-mentioned issues, I can just can leave the provider after a month if their service is crap, but if annual I can't

    It doesn't matter you work in a particular time, but don't provide such a bad services, the service is gone down (again) on a Friday, seems like you guys are intentionally doing this each weekend

    yeah, same here mate, I am canceling the vps! seems like its better to say bye then buy from them!

    They seem pretty focused. It's not a bad project.

    Hi,

    @haleeth, where do you see on https://status.xeroz.tech/ that there is downtime? If there is no downtime on our side and its a issue based on your side then you will need to wait until the next workday. Thats just how it works.. And ofcourse we do fix issues on all times where the whole node(s) is offline and compensate for that.

    Also lets not start about the fact that we are not a instant support provider. As far as I remember we have made a deal that you would wait until the German node is online and then you would be transferd. So there is no ignoring in that sense since its not out yet. After that you asked us something in a ticket on friday and weren't happy that we did not provide instant support.

    Please contact us on whatsapp again and we will fix this on the weekend for you..

    We have also checked your VPS and it was pingable and ssh was working. If the issue is sided inside of the vm we cannot help you since we are not a managed service. We only provide a working VM, which we did.

    @aakashmishra007 Ofcourse, power is very expansive. All jokes aside, there is no downtime on our nodes so its a VM based issue.
