As title is saying, I am searching for an cheap VPS with 512MB - 1GB RAM with unmetered bandwith and 1 gbps network.

Preffered location: NL, RO, maybe DE but not US or Asia or something like that.

Budget: 2-3$/month
I want to pay with PayPal or credit card.

The VPS is gonna be used as an VPN with WireGuard running on it, casually torrenting from my PC from home so I think it is good to be DMCA ignored?

    Round it up to 1tb mean you need 100Mbps dedicated port and since you use it for VPN it suppose to be 200Mbps port PLUS DMCA ignore.
    All of that for 3$ a month is only exist in dream

    Why not just get a VPN (Mullvad on top)? And what on earth are you seeding that so many people are interested in?

    I already tried Hostaris but their VPS is in London so it's kinda far from where I am, Romania.

    @alexhost is in https://alexhost.com/ is in Maldova, $4 a month but not the port speed you're needing. As 1Gbps fully unmetered is around $50 a month for the provider you really need to up your budget.
