I signed up for an account last month and the password and answers to the questions are recorded exclusively in my own cloud notes!

@assassindotcom You can open your mailbox which is registered to LittleCreek and email to "[email protected]". It will automatically open a ticket and all the response will go through you via mailbox.
You don't need to login into Client Area to submit a new ticket.
