Orbitservers/Vortexservers down?

One of my VPS is not responding. Plus, the control panel, and the account panel isn't responding. It was originally Orbitservers, then bought by Vortexservers (if I remember correctly). Buffalo, NY, US datacenter. Anyone else have a problem? Or know anything?

    Both my NY and DAL servers are offline since 9/25. Once I saw that the webpage also wasn't loading, I assumed they are deadpooled.

    Didn't see any email or notification about it.

    I kept watching for a thread on the topic but I doubt many people were even using them still.
