Looking for cheap VPS with ~200GB or more of SSD/HDD

I want to look for a 4c8G host with a 200G hard drive, which requires about 20T of data per month, all of which is available, and the budget is about 10€ per month. It would be better if there was a higher configuration.
I hope that it will not limit the bandwidth usage and then cause the speed limit to happen, I am not for BT or PT
