OP sent me an inquiry regarding my spamming subnet.
Hence, it's clear that the intention is spamming.

The question was: Is it cleaned ip from blacklist and how much the service cost?
My answer:
It's an IPv9 subnet specifically designed for spamming.
Any mails sent from this subnet will be delivered to the spam analysis service for AI training purpose.
The service costs 1 push-up per mail.

Port 25 is permanently closed only at our Los Angeles location; other locations have Port 25 open by default. But yes, spamming is not allowed, and we take strict action against it.
