I understand that dedicated servers in European or US regions are basically unmetered traffic and rate limiting is very necessary!
One thing I don't quite understand. Dedicated servers in APAC usually have a 10TB traffic limit, so why bother limiting the rate to 250mbps. i hope this will be improved next time. 250mbps is too small most of the time!

AWS Mumbai <-> Dubai (AS15802 du, AS8966 Etisalat) is <35ms.
From OVH it is 280ms, AE - EU - US - JP - IN Chennai - IN Mumbai

@OVH_APAC Please introduce a cheap (around $20) Kimsufi in Indian datacenter this black friday with any CPU better than Intel ATOM(i3,i5,etc). Just last month sold my working laptop with i3 processor(i3-3110M from 2012) after using it for 9 years and 5 months and hopefully you too can get these easily by searching around.
240GB SSD/2x1TB HDD with 16GB RAM and less than 10TB bandwidth will work. A 12 months commitment (similar to the ones in this thread) is fine for me if price is around $20/month recurring (even after 12 months).
Something similar from any other provider like @leapswitch will also work for me.

if you take a 12-month commitment, you can pay monthly (or in one shot and get an extra 5% off)
To keep a discount associated to a 12-month commitment, you need to recommit for 12-month (this is automatic). If you choose to go month to month after your initial 12-month you will loose your discount (manual action in your customer control panel).
