I am in search of a storage server with a hard drive of 2TB or greater.
Sequential read speed of the hard drive should not be less than 150MB/s.

Location: USA

• vCPU: 4 or more
• RAM: 8GB or more
• Storage: 2TB or greater
• IP Addresses: 1 IPV4, 1 IPV6
• Transfer: 1Gbps+ @ 10TB+ transfer

Location: Singapore/Hong Kong/Japan

• Routing: Requires direct routing to mainland China
• vCPU: 2
• RAM: 4GB
• Storage: 2TB
• IP Addresses: 1 IPV4, 1 IPV6
• Transfer: 1Gbps+ @ 2TB+ transfer

Budget

• Maximum: No more than $15/mo

Do you plan using that server of torrenting? If yes, good luck finding an US provider that will allow that.

Are there only a few providers in the US who allow this? I think it might be possible to remove this requirement.

No. I suggest looking at other countries if you want to to download torrents. Finland, Netherlands or Romania just to name a few.

EDIT: If you're planning on torrenting legal stuff, such as linux ISOs or any other stuff that isn't DMCA or copyright protected, you might be able to use torrent clients on US based services.

Thank you for your suggestion. The files will not involve DMCA, but I have decided to cancel my original plans to use BitTorrent.
