Looking for a UAE(Dubai) & KSA(Saudi Arabia) VPS.
Must support window licensed or trail.
Price should be minimum.
2 core/2gb under 5$
2 core/4gb under 7-8$
4 core/4gb under 10$

Any provider?
There are limited number of providers for UAE and KSA, but they are very expensive and does not have many resources. Some providers, I have tried are:
Melbicom (UAE/Fujairah)
OneProvider (UAE/Dubai)
Oracle Free tier (UAE/Abu Dhabi), they have servers in Saudi too.
There are also lightnode but I have not tested it yet.
Oneprovider has been great so far for a small side project, in Dubai they’re based out of Equinix.
Like @loay said, there’s also lightnode, a friend has used them and is saying that they’re reliable.
Lightnode is looking good.
