No need for beefy CPU/RAM configuration. Can be HDD/SSD does not matter. Mainly looking for 1GBps dedicated port and cheapeast option (budget around 150euros).
So far everything I have found has insane price or requires to contact sales. I would rather have clean pricing list, so I can choose the right one. For example Glesys has dedicated server with 100Mbps for €179 euros month.
