Thanks for the mention but we are only offering windows in the cloud system and it is not very cheap.
Arubacloud seems to start at €15 with Windows Server included (their VPS V1I2 w/ Windows), without Windows the VPS O2A4 comes at ~€6.5 w/ 2C 4GB but is using SDS (Software-Defined Storage) NVMe.
