Just setup couple of 1Gbps unmetered boxes around the US and put AWS Route53 in front of it as load balancer. This will cost less than 50cent/1TB.
OVHcloud US VPS Eite offers 2Gbps unmetered for $40.
ReliableSite has i7 + 1Gbps unmetered for $45.
Get two OVH VPSes (Virginia + Oregon ) and three reliablesite (Miami, New York and Los Angeles) and you will pay $215 for ~1600TB. Get two 1Gbps unmetered boxes from another provider of your choice and you have a lot of extra capacity (2100TB) for $300 total. Half of your budget, way more than you asked for.
There's no reason to get CDN for your requirements and in this budget CDN won't offer anything premium.

I dont have time for this project so need some managed service.
As others have mentioned, it is cost-effective to deploy independent servers in multiple regions of the United States and use them as CDN nodes. The biggest problem is that if you only intend to spend a budget of $600 per month, it is difficult to find a high-quality provider willing to meet your needs - basically, all the money will be spent on costs, with no room for service.

https://bunny.net/pricing/
Europe & North America
$0.01 /GB
South America
$0.045 /GB
Bunny.net is $5/TB, not $0.50/TB
Doubt you'll find any CDN provider that can hit that price point, might be better to get a few 1/10 Gbps unmetered servers.
If you are using more than 1 PB then you can ask bunn.net for better price. They probably can give you $0.001 /GB. But still it is not $0.5 /TB.
