3 was ok, but 4 is game changer. other providers here offer a bit better specs for the same price.

remember that due to the problem with dedipath we were offline for several days.

but currently all VPS are online

but 4 is too much

Could you double disk/ram. Probably don't need it, however better safe than sorry.
I'll be using this instance next week for a small birthday party, running Nextcloud with a public share using a QRcode for the users to upload their photos.
