We had dealing with this guy as a customer.

Bought a service, creates payments disputes but in other threads here states that they will report people to fraud record for the exact behaviour he has shown.

Maybe need to be very careful

Jaja. I don't debate with opportunistic scammers like you.

🤡 Don’t cry mate. You dispute a payment before you even create a ticket to report an issue and you try to call someone else a scammer.

Not a good look to have is it.

idk about you but using a clown emoij and telling someone "not to cry" on your professional company account shows your look too....

  • I wanted to give Silicom the benefit of the doubt, so I added just the IP of the web server to StatusCake's monitoring. Here are the results.

    08th Aug 2024 100% (today, so far)
    07th Aug 2024 98.13%
    06th Aug 2024 99.61%
    05th Aug 2024 98.45%

    Downtime Root Causes
Date - Server Confirmations (# of locations they use to verify that it's up/down) - Reason
    2024-08-07 15:34:51 2 Timeout / Connection Refused
    2024-08-07 14:21:37 2 Timeout / Connection Refused
    2024-08-06 20:22:12 2 Timeout / Connection Refused
    2024-08-06 19:19:24 2 Timeout / Connection Refused
    2024-08-06 11:19:19 2 Timeout / Connection Refused
    2024-08-05 16:38:47 2 Timeout / Connection Refused
    2024-08-05 03:54:54 2 Timeout / Connection Refused

The StatusCake site reports more downtime than monitoring with UptimeRobot (I didn't add just the IP there) does, but UptimeRobot reports recent downtime for my site, too.

  • To clarify, as Silicom said it might be related to my site's specific usage, I had StatusCake monitor just the main page of the server ( 207.244.247.43 ) where my shared hosting account is.

100% uptime server s22 last month. CSF blocks recurrent connections. If you want to move your account to another server, contact support for free migration.

what are the IP addresses from some of your servers? I'd be happy to add them to my UptimeRobot to check it out.

We do not give that information. All servers use firewalls that block recurring connections.

If you are not happy with our service, you can cancel from client area.

  • that seems to be a fair end to this thread.
    Thank you.
