Need a Yearly VPS

Hello Community
I had a VPS from Spaceberg with following specs:-
350GB HDD, 2GB Ram, 2 vcore AMD Ryzen 3700x and 15tb monthly bandwidth ($22/year)

After Spaceberg issue (OVH Contract termination), I am in need of another yearly vps.

I clearly understand that its not possible to match my old vps specs and cost.
Hence ... sharing new requirements/specs and Budget.

Requirements:
2GB Ram
200-300GB HDD
At-least 2vcore (GB5 score more than 600 for single core and 1000 for multicore)
2TB Monthly Outgoing Bandwidth
Docker should work
Fuse must be enabled.
KVM/OpenVZ - Anyone of these 2 is fine

Budget:
$25-30 (Max $35. Not possible to go beyond. Sorry)

Usage:
1. Mostly for backup related work (need little bit CPU power for zipping my backups)
2. No compression will be done in zipping. It will be done only for making a folder into one single file)
3. Casual usage (may be 1-2 hours of usage per day. Rest of time, VPS will be idle)
4. Need little bit more storage for zipping purpose.
(when we zip a 50gb folder, we need more than 100gb total stotage space. No?)
Normal/avg storage usage will be around 50-80gb. Peak storage usage only while zipping.

Location and Upstream Provider:
Anything is fine.
No need to worry about latency and all
No issues as long as it works consistently.

IP:
IPv4 is needed.
IPv6 is not mandatory

Billing Cycle:
Yearly Billing

But
before committing for long term, If possible, I want to try 1st month on monthly billing cycle to check if the VPS will meet my usage requirements.

Hope I have explained/shared every necessary info.

Hope I can get something good to replace my old vps from Spaceberg.
Thanks and Regards

From September 1, 2023, subscriptions will be charged at 1.50 € per month per IP (ex. VAT).
If you receive any offer, it will either be unsustainable (when they realize that you are causing them financial damage) or they will cancel your service for a non-existent abuse after you have paid annually.

    Thx for comment.
Edited my post and added "Location and Upstream" info.
    Hope its more clear now.

Yes, but EPYC Milan and E2236 (which Kuroit uses) can easily score 1000+ in SC GB5 which is why I recommend them.

If you are making .ZIP file, yes.
If you are making .TGZ file, no.

All of the downtime so far, was related due to maintenance or issues on the node.

He does not seem to monitor parts of the Node, the storage pool, according to him, had "issues". He wasn't aware until I told him, but by that time, my VM was already 10 hours down.

I pointed out to him, that he should monitor the node.
His response was, he doesn't because on the "pool" he has only 5-6 VM's.

I don't know how his setup is, he doesn't even wanna listen to me, when I suggest him to monitor it.
