Storage with WebDAV & SSL & Auth

Hi!
I am looking for affordable storage without any WebUI/anything that can be mounted as network drive using WebDAV (or any other secure protocol) with simple user management, for example via console or sth like that. Also, I want to be able to assign my domain (as A record or CNAME, whatever)
I tried Hetzner Storage Box, but it does not fulfill my requirements, because I cannot assign my domain and usernames as u24XXX are not easy to remember.

So, to sum up, my requirements are simple:
Location: EU
Storage: a Pay-As-You-Go model is preferred (billed per GB)
Company has to be EU-based and has to be able to issue invoices with reverse TAX charge (excl Polish)
Simple user management (via for example control panel)
Supported protocols: WebDAV & FTPS
Possibility of assigning my domain as A or CNAME record
Budget - if there is no PAYG model available, let's say up to 10EUR/TB/mo + VAT

looking forward for offers! :)

    Just a few notes:
    1. WebDAV is not very secure and it is kinda legacy protocol I would say.
    2. FTPS is not secure and it is outdated. Better use SFTP instead.
    3. As per your requirements an EU registered company would charge you in euros, not in USD currency.

You are correct about USD. I changed to EUR.
    Then I need SFTP

As mentioned - hard to say, that's why I prefer PAYG billing method.
