are CPU vCores dedicated for each VPS?
Adding on from what Dev_vps said, what CPU is used for the VPS nodes, I ask as the hardware you offer for dedicated seems very old so curious as to the spec of the vCore we would get?

Our KVM Virtualization offers dedicated resources to each vps. each time you create a new VM, the resources assigned to that vps cannot be reused by others. so yeah, on that virtualization, resources are dedicated.
