Iam need a VPS with a low spec 1/2 cores, 1/2 gig Ram, and under 50gig Storage
But i need about 10TB of bandwidth in singapore

SG itself have expensive bandwidth and almost no one can offer such things (unless you have want buy additional bandwidth).
You can try luck using contabo if you okay with 200mbit port or melbicom
