Your VPS has been moved to a premium node. As per the ticket reply, we’ve had an influx abusive orders, we are working through these issues.

Yeah, yes, I have just switched to a usable server. But the network bandwidth still seems to be insufficient. It should be classified according to user usage and behavior.
