Is TerraHost's Network becoming garbage day by day?
I have an amazing server with TerraHost, with fantastic hardware performance.
But from past 3-4 months, every week their Network seems to be having an issue or other.
Every time, the issue happens on their network, their latency to some part of EU and most of USA goes through the roof.
Talking about latency going from 10-40 ms to 150+ ms in EU, and next day or day after things settle to repeat itself yet again.
For USA the latency during their issue goes from 100 ms to up to 400+ ms or so.
Once in a while, it's ok to have network issues, but almost every week....
Anyone else facing this?

Because of this, and the really long wait for our new transit ports means we have some congestion issues in Norway at this time.
There has been a few cuts of these waves lately, which is why we're waiting for another provider of redundant waves to come in. It just takes time to get it all installed.
Only issues we've had is due to cut waves or transits, and I will go as far and say we have been quite unlucky the past few months.
New transit ports should be up this week. Adding HE to Norway. Also additional capacity from Lumen is on the way.
Truly sorry to all clients experiencing a lesser service cause of this from time to time, but rest assured we are aware and working towards massive improvements as mentioned. Let me know if I can answer any questions you may have.
