TLDR: Stay the fuck away. They are asking to get raided, and think that having company in offshore location will save them.
They're a special type of stupid if they think that by incorporating the company in Belize they can host illegal and repulsive content. Especially when their servers are in other countries.

WTF. Privex received a /25 subnet from us in exchange for a server on which we use the other half of the /24. If we had known what kind of company it was, we would have given it a wide berth from the start.
