USA Colocation Providers with China Routes

As the title says, I'm looking for colocation hosts that have low latency to China for a 1U server. Who knows of an ISP that has that?

In fact Spartan optimized lines for mainland China are obtained from them.

It's worth noting that China delay optimized networks can be very expensive.

Maybe get a CN2GIA XC directly, cost probably will be $6/Mbps. Great great route.
