Do note that Hetzner while "unlimited" if you actually try to pull close to 333TB actually normally around 200-250TB a month they will warn you that it is not what they consider "fair use"
It is not unmetered, rather unlimited by fair use.

Generally speaking 1Gbit guaranteed, unmetered and un-shared, will cost around $100-130/month for bandwidth alone at most reputable hosts.
You should also check Oneprovider offers in France --> https://oneprovider.com/dedicated-servers/paris-france
They have servers with "1 Gbps Unmetered, 1 Gbps Guaranteed". I have used few of them and works fine without any limits.
