If at all possible, it may be economical to buy two servers if you are able to split your data across two separate machines. It would give you 2x1 Gbps connection and double the CPU, RAM, etc. as well, and increase your total storage to over 300 TB, while still being around €400/mo.

They probably put their hat in the ring a second time to try to outcompete the Hetzner offer that I suggested to the OP. I don't think it's a bad thing though, obviously the OP wants the best deal so the more competitive the offers become the better.
