My own small scripts usually need a very small database and PHP environment can be executed, do not need VPS, but sometimes not necessarily, such as PHP YAML in many web hosts do not provide, I do not know if you provide.

with the Disk space question ill DM you our terms directly so you can see our Stand on the unlimited disk , but as long as the Files are web files we dont have any hard limits, but if your hoarding files & using our "shared hosting" as type of cloud storage this is against our Terms , we dont really had a set Over-usage on storage but would class 150-200 Excessive unless a justification is made why it is required, we have a number of clients siting around the 80-90GB Mark for sizable Ecom Stores.
Cyberpanel will be Unmanaged & Managed Offering on the checkout there will be a dropdown so you can select if it will be a managed or unmanaged instance.
