I am seeking to purchase dedicated servers suitable for my business in the following regions. Therefore, I kindly reach out to you for advice and quotes. The following are the regions and specifications I require:
Vietnam
Philippines
India
Indonesia
Mexico
Brazil
Malaysia
Canada
The server requirements for each region are as follows:
Memory: 32GB or more
BGP support: Including both IPv4 and IPv6
Other hardware specifications: Please provide detailed information about processors, storage, etc.

Outside of Canada, these are pricey areas.
My budget is $350 per month
Vultr can do India, Mexico, Canada, maybe Brazil with BGP

That's going to have to be $350/mo per server. Have you tried looking around at oneprovider, which resells at every region in the world? https://oneprovider.com/
I can't comment on their support or anything, though if you're going to spend thousands per month then they may give you the red carpet in getting you set up. Maybe worth putting in an inquiry with them.
If it's $350/mo for all those regions, then you'll have to stick to VPS services like Vultr, as Advin pointed out.
