Need a VPS or Dedicated server for my streaming site

Hello all,
Currently, I am looking for a VPS or dedicated server in Europe to do reverse proxy + load balancer for my video streaming website. Budget from $30 to $45 a month.
I want at least 4 core CPUs, 16GB ram, 256GB SSD hard drive, 1Gbp/s network port and unmetered.

    have you tried @Avoro aka PHP-Friends? But the storage is lower than your requirement.

    I messed up a bit, if I calculated correctly it would be about 80TB of bandwidth including incoming and outgoing in 1 month

    Yes, it would be. However, we do not suspend services that exceed the limit but rather just throttle the connection to 50 Mbps.

    I can see that you might need a larger allowance, we can probrably sort that out.

    They support English. But regarding your use-case which is 50TB/month it's better to ask them directly. They can quote you regarding that
