And what average % CPU utilization you would need.
Based on that VPS with dedicated cores may be a better option.
My boss is now living in California, he uses macbook but the app we used in the office is windows only. Tried parallel before but the heat from extensive period of use flexed the macbook's bottom.
Cpu is not really extensive, 25% dedicated and 100% burst for a few second is fine.

They do support Custom ISO load. Just use standard windows iso to install Windows Server OS.
