I suggest you to use netcup.de for production ready things, to be 100% sure. My last uptime was 2 years with them, and good to serve "sensitive" customers from it.
Strato is unreliable?
I've only heard of ionos and I was under the impression that it was quite reputable.
The only thing that bothers me is that they're notorious for raising prices with each renewal and I don't want to migrate next year if I make that choice.
To replace this server, I needed quite a lot of disk space to be equivalent and netcup is a bit more expensive for that.
I just dont got so much experience with strato.de , how they handle contracts, price raise, abuse things, ddos. And I am a customer at netcup.de for more then 5+ years, so tested it in every way.
