How much technical knowledge should I have to use the Cloud service ? If no technical knowledge is required than how can i upgrate it without any difficulty ??

I don't understand what do you mean by upgrade, but you can add resources (RAM/HDD) or purchase more bandwidth from the cloud control panel. And you don't need to be "technical" in that sense to do that
