Virmach's Refugee server is Rotational？

I've bought a virmach Tokyo's refugee server 2months ago.
It works perfectly in the first month, but when the time comes in August. it has been down for almost a month (Node has been locked ‘temporarily’)
Does anyone know how long time will virmach took to repair the server or it just works for the first month?

    Do you know which node is your VPS in?

    You can check the node's status here: https://statusbot.virm.ac/en/
    If the node is online, maybe the problem is with Your VM.

    You can also check the "Support" -> "Network Status" option in their control panel. They put some info there if it a 'global problem' with a node. I see some reported problems on different "TYOCXXXX" nodes at the moment. You can also check the 'LES' forum (they are active there).

    If You have a direct access to the SolusVM panel, You can try to check/manage the VM.

    I hope Your problem will be solved soon.

    Is it just the control panel, or is the VPS not working for you as well ?
    As TYOC026 does not appear to be down and the last reported issues by members of the Other Green Forum was the beginning of May. So maybe you're not on TYOC026.

    There are ongoing control panel and other issues with TYOC029 that were reported starting on August 3rd. Approximately 1/3 of services were facing some degree of data corruption and the control panel is not accessible on that node.

    As others have mentioned VirMach does not comment in this forum anymore.

    virmach is repairing servers every day, making it impossible to use properly, so just give up on it. ^_^

    $15 for a support reply so this is a reason why the Virmach left the LET - no free replies!

    I'm not so sure for 029 or 029 But it actually started down around August 3. I think i am on that node.

    The VPS is not working, neither the control panel.

    should not put anything production right now. for casual services that can withstand downtime like personal vpn, why not.
