    To further clarify the 50% off is for 6 months and only applies to 6 month billing. The sale goes away in 10 days. Its not 50% for 10 days. After 6 months the price goes back to normal.

    Windows takes all of the memory from the host whether it needs it or not. Linux only takes what it needs at that particular time. So yes Windows uses more resources.

    Looks like they blocked you (false positive).
    I tried once again, performance is poor, despite 4 cores, network is the same.
    But IP range is clean/good.
